Old People are So Precious!

So, I am sitting here, listening to one side of a phone conversation. As often happens between the people involved, the call has dissolved into computer tech support. And it’s not like, “My hard drive crashed. Can you help me?” kind of tech support.

Here’s a snippet I just heard.

“Open another window.”

(mumbled cell phone voice)

“No. What you have open on the screen right now, you’re Explorer? That’s called a window. Leave that one open and open another one.”

Yes, it was said with a very much deserved amusement in the voice.
