I have a cell phone. It is basically a use only when needed item. I don’t have a text messaging plan. I don’t text. I don’t get it. I don’t know why people feel the need to do so. And I really wish they wouldn’t while they are driving.

I was watching CNN, as I have been doing a lot lately. A commercial they did caught my eye. It was for their election 2008 coverage. It said, “Deep down, every American is an independent thinker.” I say “Poppycock!” to that. I mean, really? Have they not met too many Americans?

People do a lot of dumb things. They even buy a lot of dumb things. One of those things that I am thinking about is a mystery box.

People go apeshit for those. And I dunno why. What is the appeal?

Crazy people!

Prostitution? Are we against it? I’m thinking, it’s a silly thing to be against.

Is there really any difference between selling your ass and selling your soul?

Okay, so there is, but which is really worse?

There are a lot of days that I think I would feel better getting laid for pay.

I have been assigned a new cell mate at my office. Actually, it’s more of a cell neighbor. We don’t actually share one tiny four by six enclosure. We each have our own. But, just like with my last neighbor, we are near enough that we can spit on each other. At least I could spit on her. I haven’t been over here long enough to see whether she has a technique capable of clearing the gap or not. But here is one thing I know for sure. Her brand of cigarettes, definitely cheaper than my last neighbor’s brand. Damn stinky.

Oh, and how exactly did I manage to become neighbors with the only two people in this department who smoke?
